Rhinoplasty

             Some people are unhappy with the nose they were born with, and some with the way aging has change their nose. For other breathing  may be a problem, or an injury
 may have distorted the nose . Rhinoplasty  could improve one look and self – confidence. Rhinoplasty or plastic surgery of the nose is one of the most common aesthetic surgeries performed in the women.
            The operation normally lasts about 1-2 hours. The  surgery will  either be performed  under local anesthesia with heavy sedation.
             Most incision are made inside the nose and then elevating the skin to expose the bone and cartilage to be change . The tip cartilages are sometimes delivered through
the  nostrils  modified and then replaced inside the nose.
             After  operation , an ice pack to the eyes for the first
48  hours may help decrease the swelling  about the eyes and cheeks . Limit your activity in first week and when your sleep
,keep your head elevated on 2-3 pillows and try to avoid turning  on your side. The six weeks for the nasal bone to fully  heal . Semi-contract sports are to be avoided for four
to six months.
